UITE Expo bonds listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange

UITE Expo LLC, a subsidiary of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE), has entered the capital market by listing its bonds on the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX). The company issued bonds totaling 763,750,000 AMD with a 13% coupon yield and a 36-month maturity. The placement was managed by Sirius Capital, which utilized an AI agent named 'Armine' for the first time. The funds raised will be directed toward strengthening financial stability, optimizing debt, and scaling strategic projects, including DigiTec 2026. AMX CEO Hayk Yeganyan noted that this move promotes capital market development and opens new financing opportunities for companies. Investors can purchase the bonds through exchange-member banks and investment firms.
