C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia invests $6 million in Formula VC Fund II

C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia has announced a $6 million investment in the second fund of the venture capital firm Formula VC. The investment, sourced from pension funds, aims to diversify portfolios while supporting Armenia's growing technology ecosystem. CEO Arman Vardanyan stated that this move provides pension fund participants with an opportunity to contribute to a strategically important sector. Karen Vardanyan, Managing Partner at Formula VC, highlighted that this collaboration is a significant step toward establishing Armenia as a global hub for technology and artificial intelligence. The investment represents approximately 0.3% of the assets under management and is designed to foster long-term economic growth by bridging the gap between the financial and technological sectors of the country.
