Wildberries Launches WB Taxi Service in Yerevan

Wildberries has launched the early access phase for its WB Taxi service in Yerevan. In the initial stage, employees and partners will have access, while general users can join a waitlist by downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store. WB Taxi offers 'Standard', 'Comfort', and 'Multi' tariff plans designed to improve transportation efficiency. The service also features a loyalty program where new users receive 1,500 welcome bonus points. According to Anatoly Smorgonsky, a representative for the company, Armenia is the fourth country—following Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan—where this service is available. WB Taxi aims to gradually expand its availability, focusing on enhancing user experience and providing transparent conditions for drivers. The service plans to scale its operations in the coming weeks based on initial user feedback to ensure system stability.
