Enterprise Incubator Foundation and Huawei Sign Cooperation Memorandum

During the HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 forum in Shanghai, the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and Huawei Technologies signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The partnership focuses on advancing artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and smart manufacturing in Armenia. The parties plan to expand the Huawei ICT Academy ecosystem, providing Armenian students and professionals with international-level education and certifications. The agreement also aims to establish a research and innovation environment to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies in industry and infrastructure. This collaboration between EIF and Huawei represents a significant step toward integrating Armenia's tech ecosystem into global innovation networks and fostering talent development. By combining global technological expertise with local potential, the initiative seeks to modernize industrial processes and support the country's digital transformation.
