T-Mobile has launched a promotional campaign offering the Apple iPhone 17 series for free under specific conditions. Customers can acquire the base iPhone 17e at no cost by switching to a qualifying plan without a trade-in. The standard iPhone 17 is available for free for users on 'Experience More' or 'Experience Beyond' plans who trade in an eligible device. Additionally, the iPhone 17 Pro is being offered for free to customers who bring their existing phone number to an 'Experience Beyond' plan, with no trade-in required. While the devices are marketed as free, T-Mobile notes that customers must pay local sales tax on the full retail value of the phone upfront, in addition to a $35 device connection fee per line. These offers come as Apple continues to expand its smartphone lineup, providing consumers with alternative options to the latest flagship releases.
