ReBarUEFI: Enabling Resizable BAR on Legacy UEFI Systems

ReBarUEFI is an open-source project that enables Resizable Base Address Register (Resizable BAR) support on systems that do not natively support the feature. Resizable BAR is a PCIe technology that allows the CPU to access the entire frame buffer of a graphics card at once, rather than in small 256MB chunks.
