Apple reveals repair costs for the new iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max

Apple has officially released the repair pricing for its newly launched iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models. As these devices hit the market, the company warns that out-of-warranty repairs can be quite costly. Screen replacements for the iPhone 18 Pro start at $329, while the larger Pro Max screen costs $379. Other common repairs include rear camera damage at $249 and back glass repairs at $159. For more severe issues categorized as "other damage," costs can reach up to $849 for the Pro and $899 for the Pro Max. Compared to the previous iPhone 17 series, repair costs remain largely consistent, with the exception of a $10 increase for battery services. Given the high price of these repairs, Apple encourages users to handle their new devices with care to avoid significant out-of-pocket expenses for accidental damage.
