Ukraine recruits Formula 1 engineers to advance Magura naval drone performance

By leveraging expertise in carbon fiber, aerodynamics, and weight reduction, the company aims to create faster, more reliable unmanned vessels capable of operating in harsh maritime environments. UFORCE is integrating these racing specialists with existing Ukrainian teams to optimize engine efficiency and composite material usage. Beyond motorsport, the company is also hiring talent from major tech firms like OpenAI and Palantir to unify its land, sea, and air platforms under a single software framework. With over 1,000 employees worldwide, UFORCE continues to scale its operations, recently demonstrating the combat effectiveness of its systems by using Magura drones to down fighter jets. This strategic shift reflects a broader effort to apply high-performance engineering principles to modern autonomous warfare.
