Renderforest brings NVIDIA GPUs to Armenia to develop its AI platform

Armenian company Renderforest has received authorization from the US government to export NVIDIA GPUs to Armenia. This move will allow the company to relocate a significant portion of its video processing operations to Armenia, supporting the development of its new AI platform. Founded in 2013, Renderforest has recently evolved into an AI-driven media creation platform, offering tools for generating videos and images from text. According to founder Narek Safaryan, the arrival of the hardware will unlock new capabilities for the platform, which already serves 40 million users and generates nearly one million videos monthly. Currently, over 60% of the videos created on the platform are generated using AI, with approximately 25,000 new users joining daily. This investment marks a significant milestone for the Armenian tech ecosystem, strengthening the company's position in the global market.
