ERP Implemented. What's Next? Part III. From Project-DR to Enterprise-DR

The third part of this article series focuses on the transition from the Project-DR environment to the Enterprise-DR operational model following an ERP implementation. The author details an architectural approach where Project-DR serves as an internal production technology for building a professional enterprise model, while Enterprise-DR becomes the final machine-readable product delivered to the client. The article covers key system components such as Project Core, the Unified Project Store, and the Enterprise-DR Runtime. Special attention is paid to how an enterprise model based on PostgreSQL provides access to decision context, dependencies, and operational signals via the Enterprise-DR API.
